The product is excellent, which is to be expected from Clive Christian.

What I had a massive problem with was the customer service or lack thereof. Apparently the “shipped” email just means they printed the sticker and it wasn’t actually shipped, this took 3 emails and a phone call from me to find out. After subsequent emails and raising my concerns with them as to the location of my order (3 weeks after purchasing express shipping) I received a passive email and it magically was posted the day I raised my concern.

Such a shame it was a horrible experience because the product isn’t cheap and I’ll go where I know I’m valued next time.

I recently purchased this as a birthday gift for a mate, after he commented how much he liked the sample I gave him.

He’d been looking for a nice men’s cologne that was fresh and unique, and Midnight Gold ticks both boxes. He now absolutely loves this fragrance, and has been getting loads of compliments from both women and men. Mancera have hit this one out of the park, it gets 5 gold stars from me and my mate!

My preferred scent from the Map of the Heart discovery set (actually, the only one that I liked). It’s sweet and fruity (the red apple is a nice twist), floral with a beautiful woody amber base. I recommend trying before you go full size with all MOTH fragrances, unless you are comfortable with intense and unusual!

Holy smokes, the sandalwood is prominent in this perfume! I bought a sample size based on another review and I am glad for it. The opening notes of dark fruits are very brief on me and get absolutely obliterated by the sandalwood. After a few minutes of dry-down, the violet breaks through and the sandalwood gradually retreats into co-existence with the fruit and floral notes. Over time, the sandalwood and violet seem to take turns being most noticeable, which is fascinating. The dry amber notes mediate between the sandalwood and violet nicely. Difficult to describe accurately, definitely try before you buy as this will not be for everyone.

I was excited about this one for the violet note, but there’s a very strong element that I can’t tolerate and sadly I don’t know which it is. Either the liquorice or the sandalwood. It’s a complex scent and I would recommend sampling before going full size.

It’s a gorgeous, lush & fabulous perfume … I love its history - that it was created in 1934 & given to ‘society ladies’ who attended the gala ball in Paris after the Paris Grand Prix that year. It’s a special scent & I aim to always have a bottle in my collection.

My wife always wrote this as a signature. Then we moved away overseas in from where she used to purchase After quite a few years I found it in stock with you and ordered it for her again

I bought it for my husband, for his birthday. He loves loves the scent of vetiver. For many years he has being using "Vetiver by Carmen."

He likes Mythique Vetyver .

Helloooo! Why does this have no reviews?? It is amazing! My first experience with this scent was having my package sprayed in it, and I immediately added it to the requested samples in my next order. Having tried the sample, it is now on my list to buy full size. It is masculine leaning. Undeniable signature scent material. 100% blind buy safe. Incredible longevity, especially at this price point. In case it wasn't obvious, I am obsessed.

It is much more effective than other diffusers on the market

I found this a little too strong. After a day I closed the bottle and just left the sticks out and the scent was more gentle.

The best Cire Trudon scent by far.

Very beautiful glass bottle and strong scent room filling quality

Beautifully presented and diffuses the most intoxicating Spiritus Sancti incense fragrance. The glass bottle is well finished with a nice amount of weight, and looks very elegant.

I kept this candle to burn in winter. It’s scent is a tiny bit greener, more herbaceous than I imagined. I can’t really smell the ylang ylang. Need to keep the wick trimmed otherwise it burns too quickly but the instructions do say to trim wick before lighting.

It’s throw is not too chaotic. Soft and subtle scent but only really in the room it is lit.
