I just received the samples for the online masterclass today and was disheartened to see that Amberwood was not included in the pack as opposed to the advertisement.
Absolutely exquisite
This is a great way to experience a range of Clive Christian fragrances. For those on a limited budget, it is incredibly challenging to narrow down to one or two purchases, or even to put them in some sort of order to purchase. My personal favourites are Rock Rose and Blonde Amber, and Amberwood is top of my list to purchase full size.

I'm in love
From the first spray I absolutely adored this perfume. The blossom notes come through very well and don't get lost in the dry down. It's complexity and unique ingredients create a truly distinctive fragrance, all the while maintaining an incredibly luxurious feel. This one is all class... yes it's expensive, but when you wear it, you'll see why.

Great product shame about the service
The product is excellent, which is to be expected from Clive Christian.
What I had a massive problem with was the customer service or lack thereof. Apparently the “shipped” email just means they printed the sticker and it wasn’t actually shipped, this took 3 emails and a phone call from me to find out. After subsequent emails and raising my concerns with them as to the location of my order (3 weeks after purchasing express shipping) I received a passive email and it magically was posted the day I raised my concern.
Such a shame it was a horrible experience because the product isn’t cheap and I’ll go where I know I’m valued next time.

BEAST of a perfume!
It is definitely a very refined, elegant scent but much too masculine leaning for me, hence the missing star. The performance is outstanding. I sprayed it on my wrists and realized it was too much for me, tried to wash it off, then again and could still get a whiff the next day. On a man it would be amazing but not if I was sitting on a plane next to him...

I absolutely love this fragrance and the company as a whole, this was my second time ordering from the company. Whilst I am very happy with the product I was a little let down with the service this time around as compared to my first, which was ultimately the reason I had decided to shop with libertine again.
My first ever order with the company I received 3 samples of my own choice, scented packaging and a hand written letter with my purchase. This time around I was not as fortunate receiving two random samples and no matching sample with my full bottle as promised/guaranteed, no letter and no scented packaging etc.
I understand this mightn’t seem like a huge deal and that it was flat out over black friday sales, but I thought i’d share my opinion and thoughts. Being a fragrance geek it’s not always the good price that brings us back, but rather the service and community as a whole.
