Piquant sparks of Pink Pepper join the spicy warmth of Cinnamon and Cumin to lift a heart wherein shines a mystical and mythical Rose. Between its incarnate petals curls up the lemony scent of Geranium. The spices grow quiet and the intoxicating Jasmine appears, amplifying the Rose with floral and fruity nuances while the Tea spreads its damp freshness like bubbles of sheer light.
On a pedestal of dry notes, of Iris, Guaiacwood and Patchouli, Frankincense unfolds its mineral light laced with dusty Oud. Warm Sandalwood, Babylonian Amber and Madagascar Vanilla wash them at last with a golden glow prolonged by the power of snow-white Musks. COVID restrictions made it difficult to try before I buy but the ability to request for specific samples from Libertine was fantastic. I’ve also got Love Mimosa on the way too! Now that was an unexpected purchase.

Exceptional service! Complex and devine perfume
Thankyou for your 5 star service! The delivery was quick and thankyou for the samples, they are lovely and very fun to experiment with.
Epic is a very very complex scent. To achieve its complex layers it moves through some rather challenging musky low animalistic notes, before the rest emerges with its sensuous spicy top notes.
I've found it needs 1/2 hour to mature to something splendid.
Layering it through the day works well, even though it is strong, because the settling musk with your own body chemistry/scent is what gives this perfume its powerful kick. It is a dark sensual. The epitome of a spicy oriental perfume.
I am still not used to it yet, so I have found layering it with Amouage Gold (which is a classic. You could also use chanel no.5?) Works too.
It is in the end a beautiful perfume, its like an echo from ancient and exotic places.
